Non refundable deposit: The deposit will start the custom design process with providing mock ups. Upon mock up approval, a first sample will be manufactured for final approval. Additional sample will incur additional fees. You will be getting mocks ups of your sock as well as sample pictures (high resolution) in order to approve the socks to be manufactured.

By making this payment, you agree to the terms and you understand that the deposit is NON REFUNDABLE, unless you place a custom socks order.

There will be 3 transactions on your credit card for this ordering process:

• 1. Initial $75 deposit (NON REFUNDABLE) + $100 Rush Fee (If applicable)
• 2. Order payment
• 3. Excess Production payment*

* Excess production:
We typically produce a small percentage of socks in excess of the quantity ordered. Production quantity may vary +/- 10% of your total quantity ordered. This is a by product to meet our standards in finished production quality. You will be charged and shipped for any extra socks produced, up to 10% of your total quantity ordered.
